At ClicQ Pick, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

1. Free Delivery Across Pakistan

We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. No matter where you are in Pakistan, your order will be delivered to your doorstep without any delivery charges.

2. Delivery Time

We work hard to dispatch and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Schedule:

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas in Pakistan: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales, or unexpected courier delays.

3. Open Parcel / Check Before Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we provide an Open Parcel Facility so customers can shop with confidence.

Important Guidelines:

  • You may open the parcel in front of the courier rider before making payment.
  • You can check the product’s condition, design, and verify that the correct item was delivered.
  • Please complete the inspection within a few minutes while the rider is present.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse to accept the parcel at that time.

Please note that only product checking is allowed. Usage or testing of the product before payment is not permitted.

4. Order Confirmation

To avoid fake or incomplete orders, our support team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatching your parcel.

Orders that remain unconfirmed may be delayed or canceled.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery more than once. If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned back to us.

6. Shipping Delays

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur because of:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues
  • High order volume
