At ClicQ Pick, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team may request photos of the product to help resolve the issue quickly.

We will do our best to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened products may also be non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to replace an item with another product, we recommend returning the original item first. After approval, you may place a new order separately.


Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
